The share of family houses among occupied houses was the highest in Středočeský region reaching 92.6% and the lowest in the Capital City of Prague reaching 62.3%. With a great distance after Prague, the second lowest share was 76.7% in Karlovarský region. These two regions presented with the highest share of apartment buildings among occupied houses: 35.0% in the Capital City of Prague, 20.6% in Karlovarský region. The share of family houses within all houses was the highest in Středočeský region (93.5%) and the lowest in Prague (64.4%). Apartment buildings had the highest representation within all houses also in the Capital City of Prague (32.7%) and Karlovarský region (18.3%).
